Facilitation is about the creation of collaborative relationships within a safe space that lead to appropriate and useful outcomes – for both individual meetings and group or team events and meetings. My team-building and facilitation work began in 1994, in Morocco. Today, over 20 years and 30 countries later, it continues to be the heart of my work. There is nothing more rewarding that to bring together people who want the same outcome but aren’t sure how to get there, and steward their efforts to success.
